We do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or used products due to hygiene and safety reasons.
If you receive a product in a damaged condition (such as broken packaging, leakage, or any other defect), you must inform us within 24 hours of delivery along with video proof of unboxing to be eligible for a replacement or refund.
Any return or exchange request will be subject to verification and approval by ClearKaya. the returns are eligible for 3 business days post delivery
Damages caused due to neglect, improper usage, or incorrect application will not be covered under this policy.
Refunds will only be issued if a replacement is not possible for a damaged product reported within 48 hours of delivery with proper video proof.
If your return request is accepted, refunds will be processed and credited within 7 business days through the original payment method.
No refund shall be made once the order has been shipped, except in cases where the product is damaged on arrival and a replacement is not feasible.
No refunds will be issued once the goods are sold.
For any products that needs to be replaced, return and arrived damage on delivery. a new product will be delivered with in 7-10 days post successful verifications of request.
Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped or within 24 hours of placing the order, whichever is earlier.
If a cancellation request is accepted, the refund will be processed within 7 business days.
Once the order has been shipped, no cancellation or refund requests will be entertained
